Warranty and Returns
"Euro Property Management" Ltd. provides commercial warranty on all its products in conformity to the warranty provided by the manufacturer or wholesaler of the product. It is listed in the description of each product on the website, this warranty does not affect the right of the legal 2-year warranty, which customers are provided under the Consumer Protections Act. The products offered on the website eled.bg are new and are delivered in their original packaging. The warranty for every product can be checked on its product page.
The warranty does not apply to consumables or products which normal technological life is under the 2 years warranty period including: batteries, flourescent lamps, halogen lamps, incandescent lamps and more.
The warranty also does not apply to products, whose housings have traces of blows, mechanical damage and compromised integrity of the product.
The claims must be brought to "Euro Property Management" Ltd attention, if the product is purchased from us.
In bringing a claim, it must be accompanied by a document (original) purchase / sale (invoice, receipt and warranty card when available).
All legitimate claims will be serviced as quickly as possible and no later than the statutory 30 days. If the product can not be repaired will be replaced, or, if not available yet the customer is entitled to replace it for another, or ask to be reimbursed the cost of the product.
The User can not use the warranty in the following cases:
- When there is an attempts for repair by an unauthorized person
- In case of damage due to improper exploitation
- When the product is broken
- When proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is lost
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by: moisture, flood, fire, natural disasters, also breaking, scratching, staining, tearing, burning and other improper actions
Warranty service is performed only "Euro Property Management" Ltd. only if the product was acquired from us in the presence of complete documentation and accessories of the product.
If there is a warranty card on delivery of goods, the declared warranty is considered valid, and if the product is not accompanied by a warranty card, it announced warranty on the website is valid.

Customers are entitled to claim in the following cases:
- Non-compliance with the ordered goods
- Identified shortage
- Obvious defects of the goods
- Hidden defects of the goods
Claims for non-compliance with the ordered goods identified shortage or apparent defects must be brought on the day of receipt of the goods by completing a protocol in the presence of a courier or at www.eled.bg, through a dedicated for this purpose form. Otherwise the goods are deemed accepted.
In the event of timely and reasonable claim, "Euro Property Management" Ltd. will take the necessary remedial action.
Transportation costs of returning the goods are borne by the "Euro Property Management" LTD.
Claims on hidden defects of the goods shall be presented at the opening, but not later than the expiry of the guarantee.
When filing a claim, the Customer presents:
- Receipt or invoice
After receiving the claim as valid by "Euro Property Management" Ltd., the Customer can claim:
- A refund
- Exchange of goods with other
- Rebates
If within 30 days after receipt of the claim as justified, the Client does not confirm either of the above options, "Euro Property Management" Ltd. reserves the right to dispose of the goods as it sees appropriate and does not owe any sums, either for the value of the products or for expenses incurred for it.
In rejecting the claim, "Euro Property Management" Ltd. shall notify the Customer of its opinion of that at customer's profile email.
A good is not subject for claim for which the Client has been notified in advance for a non-comformity or defect.
