DELIVERY


"Euro Property Management" Ltd gives you the opportunity to choose the services of courier companies Rapido, Speedy and Econt for the territory of Bulgaria
on preferential prices for our customers. Shipping to Greece and Romania is made by courier company Speedy. Preliminary information on the cost of delivery you get in to your shipping address before order confirmation.

Free delivery on the territory of Bulgaria for orders over 150 BGN, VAT incl. (76.70 EUR)

Delivery dates:

- For existing products - between 24 and 72 hours following the day on which the order is confirmed (except weekends and holidays).

- For products out of stock or on demand - our consultant will contact you for clarification of the deadline for delivery.

"Euro Property Management" Ltd. reserves the right to extend the delivery after informing the Client.

Delivery is made to:

- The address you across Bulgaria

- Office of courier in Bulgaria

Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer or authorized person should review carefully the goods for any externally visible defects - damage, stroke, and sign documents accompanying the consignment. In establishing damages at delivery, the Customer must describe the identified defects in a report in the presence of the delivery person and immediately notify "Euro Property Management" Ltd. at tel. +359883238000.

In absence of comments by the customer upon receipt of the shipment, all claims for loss, visible defects or mechanical failure lose validity.

If the goods delivered obviously do not match the declared goods by the Customer, the latter shall be entitled to request a replacement of the delivered goods with the ordered ones within 3 working days of sending notification to the sales@eled.bg.

When it becomes impossible for consignment at the first visit, not at the fault of the "Euro Property Management" Ltd. or courier a notice will be left with a contact telephone number where you can get information on the manner and time of delivery within 3 working days. When it becomes impossible for consignment, the distance contract is terminated through no fault of "Euro Property Management" Ltd. as "Euro Property Management" Ltd. reserves the right to retain sums paid by the Customer under the general conditions.

"Euro Property Management" Ltd is not responsible if the delay is the fault of the courier and / or indicated by the Client incorrect or incomplete address, contact person and / or telephone, as well as other beyond the "Euro Property Management" Ltd. circumstances.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE

As a user, each "Euro Property Management" Ltd. client may withdraw from the contract and return the purchased goods within 14 days from the day the goods have been delivered to customers without having to state a reason or being eligible to compensation or penalty.

Please complete the form below or send a message to sales@eled.bg, to inform us about your decision to return the goods. The information that must be presented to exercise your right of withdrawal are: name, address, telephone number, email address, order number and unequivocal message for cancelation and description of goods. If the purchased item you wish to return can be replaced with another, please indicate the name and the item number of the guests wish to exchange goods.

"Euro Property Management" Ltd. will send you a confirmation of receipt of your refusal and will reimburse you paid amounts for returned goods or replace the product with another model of the same product or different product if you request.

Refund will be restored as follows:

- Payments made by debit or credit card - by restoring the card account from which payment is received

- Payments made by cash - a bank account subsequently provided by the Client

We expect to send us back the goods within 14 days after you inform us about your decision to return. "Euro Property Management" Ltd. has the right to defer recovery of payments to receipt of the goods back or to obtain proof that the goods are sent to us.

The costs of returning the goods are
at the expense of the Client.

Goods must be returned in original packaging and documentation. Upon delivery of multiple products that are the same brand and model the Client can open only one product, the rest must be returned in undamaged packaging. In the case of unpackaged goods, it can be returned only if it has not been installed or used and is properly packed in order to secure against damage.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods with damaged packaging, including but not limited to - goods on which there are damaged, scratches, missing or damaged components such as adjacent products and accessories, boxes, protective film, books, and more.

The customer is entitled to a claim or Return within 14 days, according to General Conditions.
