The good news is that enormous competition, technology developments and declining prices have turned LED light bulbs into the most reasonable and affordable long-light lighting solution. One of the most important parameters determining the purchase decision is the Lumen or the power of light. The standard feature is also the color of light, from warm white to cold white light. With the increase of Kelvin or the color of light, the lumens also increase. Our practice shows that the warm and neutral color is preferred for the home, respectively 2700K and 4000K. The warm color 2700K is usually chosen for the bedroom and nursery while the 4000K neutral white color for all other rooms where there is a need for stronger and brighter light. Cold light above 6000K is closer to the daylight and is preferred for working premises.
